Caroline May DHP, MAPHP(Reg).  I am a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist and hold a diploma in hypnotherapy – recognised by the Association of Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP).

I have been treating private clients for over four years. I can offer you a range of confidential, professional therapies tailor made to your needs. I work within the Code of Ethics of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.

I am also College Administrator for the Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnosis.

Suggestion - Guiding you into hypnosis and then focusing your mind on the changes you want to make.

Hypnoanalysis - This is a technique used when change is required but it is unclear what that change needs to be – for instance, you want to feel confident but somehow have never quite seen yourself that way and don’t know why. Hypnoanalysis gives you the opportunity to find the answers, discharge any negative emotions and make positive changes.
